La Casa di Alberto - 15 minuti da Firenze

Really nice apartment close to Florence - very comfortable and fully equipped with everything! Very smart system to lock/unlock - worked flawlessly! Nice kitchen, terrace, bathroom and even a space for work if this is desired. We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you! :-)

The TV remote control and the shower system were a bit odd. ;-) However, these are really small things - everything was nice! :-)

Location was great, just 5 min walk from Signa train station. There is a free public parking also 5 min walk from apartment. There are no physical keys, access to apartment was using a website link.

Sofa bed was not very comfortable. The dishwasher was stinking, so did not use it at all.

Location is nearby train station to Florence. The equipment of the apartement was perfect, everything was clean and prepared. Even I was not sure with the key over online application, we managed that and it was not complicated. We have really enjoyed it.

Only the neighbors were quite noisy in the evening, but this was not the problem of the accomodation.

I can recommend this apartment for sure, couse we liked it. Signa is a small cosy town very close to Florence. The flat is not small, but very cosy and clear with a balcony. Fully equipped. Wi-fi worked good! Good beds, good pillows. A huge TV, a lot o channels. The train station is 3 min. walking and you get the heart of Florence in 15-20 min. We bought tickets in the app , it is easy. We liked the supermarket Coop in Signa, it is 1 km away. But there is also a grocery store very close to the apartment (it was closed because of the Christmas). The owner is very nice, I got answers for all my questions.

Just some notes, no disadvantages. No iron. You need Internet to get into the flat, couse you will open the door by the link - a new system for me, but it works.

this accommodation was absolutely amazing. the best we had during our trip to Italy. super spacious apartment. comfortable bed and sofa bed. pillow with memory foam. perfectly equipped. everything is off the hook here. everything for cooking, spring, tea towel, towels, sheets, coffee, tea, bottled water. netflix on tv. We were happy here
