"Comfortable Apartment in a great location"

The host kept good communications before and after arrival to coordinate getting the keys - the apartment was in good order and there was plenty bedding and towels to last us during our stay - the apartment was well equipped - the wifi was good - the balcony was of good size and had good views - the building has rules regarding quiet times at night which was, on the whole, well adhered to - the apartment was very close to bars and restaurants and a 15 minute stroll down too the beach - there is a taxi rank at the bottom of the street which we used to get back too the airport ( 27 euro) and the bus station was a couple of streets over which we used quite easily to get to Costa Adeje and La Caleta

There wasn't really anything not to like - but if I was to be really picky I would say a kitchen Tea Towel would have been useful and I think the sofa is about ready to be changed - the apartment sits on quite a busy road and there is a small amount of road noise at times

"Absolutely fantastic."

Very well equipped with everything you could need. Perfect location. Great pool and pool bar. Very spacious for a smaller space.

Could have maybe used some air conditioning or another fan in the kitchen.

Brilliant location, with all amenities within walking distance, apartment has everything that you could need ….washing machine, iron, hair dryer, fans, even beach blankets, inflatables and umbrella for the beach…also brilliant communication from the cleaner he/she was exceptional in communicating with us from start to finish of our holiday Couldn’t fault this place or service whatsoever and will be returning next year

"I will definitely stay in this apartment again"

The apartment was clean, bright, and very well-equipped with everything we needed. The balcony had an amazing sea view and was perfect for enjoying breakfast or evening drinks. The location was ideal — just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Having fast and reliable WiFi was also a big plus!

"Enjoyable visit"

Location was good with nice views from the balcony. Nice pool area which was never too busy.

No UK TV channels for keeping up to date with news and sport.
