"Not too bad for the price."

The bed was comfortable and the AC plus a huge fan was nice to have. The fan worked as a great noise buffer. We booked the queen bedroom. It's legit a queen bed wall to wall with just enough space to walk in the room, turn around and lay down. Perfect if you plan on just sleeping there. The room also came with a mounted tv which was nice to relax to in the evening. The site was very accommodating to our 9 pm arrival time.

The shared bathroom is the only one on site. Two out of the three nights we stayed there wasn't any toilet paper. There are no trash cans inside at all. Not even in the bathroom. The common areas weren't kept clean like I would expect they should be. I was told that the owners were on vacation and that these problems were only due to a family member helping out. Totally understandable and may be why apart from checking in we never saw anyone.
