4 miles to Siesta Key Beach #1 in America

Located very close to Siesta Key so we access to all that Siesta Keys has to offer

The house had cockroaches in the kitchen and was nothing like the photos. No coffee table, chair or rug in living room and a different sofa; no bench at dining table; no desk, bicycle or foosball table; not a single bedside table or lamp. No garden view or terrace. Backyard filled with junk and a huge trailer. No instructions about use of appliances, disposal of garbage, etc. Please compare my photos to those on the website. Where the foosball table and rug appear is the empty carport. The desk below the window now has only a child's chair. The owners told me that their property manager had removed things that had been destroyed by a prior tenant and they didn't have time to update the photos (although the website says the owners ARE the property managers and the photos are still not updated more than 3 weeks later). They offered a discount on our next stay, which will never happen, and refused any refund. Booking.com said they could do nothing, despite reviewing my photos.

Location was great! Everything including food and activities were very close. The place was very clean the area is very quiet.

Perfectly clean, very good communication, the house is very comfortable and suited even for a longer stay. Quiet neighboorhood, shops in walking distance, the beach is easily reachable by car. We were surprised by the high quality.

I was astounded by this booking. the property was very clean and comfortable. I will book here if I can’t find something decent from the beach. owner replies super fast. I was so happy about the washing machine. if I can recommend something it would be to clean the air vents and get the stove checked only 2 burners worked. which were the small ones. other than that we were super happy and comfortable!!!
