1. It was difficult to reach the property administration via telephone!we only managed to get hold of them when we were at the property. 2.Remote location to collect the keys is not necessary. 2.The fact that we paid for the damage deposit and to get the money back was a hustle and when the money was finally returned after 4weeks it was short.

Very comfortable and close to beach. Pnp just down stairs as well as a variety of restaurants. Excellent location

Location..when motorbikes and cars are not racing and revving engines Very nice apartment, comfy, great AC, decent view Wonderful showers Great security Right over a small mall and supermarket with restaurants and bars walking distance Undercover gated secure parking

Cars and bikes screaming around until 3am on Friday and Saturday night Very polished floors are slippery and polish smell is pretty strong

The area it is situated and it’s a well furnished apartment

No swimming pool

Ideal location, close to the beach, close to shops and close to the airport. The house was very clean and neat.

Nice huge spacious apartment with excellent sea views, loved the balcony, 3 bedrooms with separate bathrooms. Very well put together, clean and neat, hosts were very accommodating

Sadly Umhlanga is now very quickly becoming like central Durban were the taxis give a damn about the area and respect of others especially on the road. The constant wheel spinning, revving of cars was a total put off causing a lack of sleep. Overcrowding of bars and restaurants. The area has attracted a lot of riff raff, of people who feel entitled. Sadly seems to be heading like the CBD, local police give a damn, no control over these problems.

The place was so beautiful, everything was clean and fresh. Love the fact that everything was within reach. There is a PnP downstairs, restaurant and it's a walkable distance to the beach. 10/10
