"Very relaxing modern apartment and spot on location"

Location perfect. Price amazing for what we had very grateful.

Beds a bit uncomfortable. For hot water you had to switch on and off, and a few things need replacing kettle and bin as slightly broken. Room was a bit dusty had to wipe table down and towel rail nothing major.

"An excellent apartment for a long weekend in York"

Excellent apartment, well furnished and equipped. Two "proper" bedrooms, one ensuite, and a proper kitchen with good kitchen fillings and equipment. TV in both bedrooms and the living space. The block as a whole was quiet and well maintained and the (remote) management team helpful and responsive.
