Did not have breakfast as was out early room had tea and coffee sugar

Everything was great loved the room, decor space clean we loved the clear instructions, loved the fleeces used when on the sofa felt lovely, was easy to get to the university for my daughters graduation. Will give good reviews to my nursing friends who often go to to york on evening out Will stay again

Spacious, as described, 2 bathrooms, bed type options, parking, excellent kitchen facilities, early access. Enjoyed living room space.

Leave enough time to get keys/car park pass. Not cheap but York accommodation all seems expensive.

Central locaton within a 10 min walk to the citys tourist areas. Free secure parking

Hot water was off on arrival, so want a shower after a long drive? No chance! Said it would take 30 mins to privide hot water but a day later it still hadnt Apartment was cleaned but crumbs all on the floor near the sofa, finger prints on every window in the lounge, kettle full of scale, lightly yellow stained pillow cases on the beds and just dusty everywhere

Very clean and comfortable. Good location, 15 minute walk from The Shambles.

Lovely apartment, comfortable and clean. Jordan the host was helpful whenever we needed anything.

Accomodation, lovely clean , comfortable, easy parking, near shops plenty of space.

More my fault, as I:m not used to the modern cooking appliance I looked for instructions but couldn't find any, so just used the microwave.

Location was good.

We were dissapointed...Apartment 50 was dirty on arrival. We had to wash all the plates, glasses etc. Dishwasher was left with stagnant water in the bottom. Floors and carpets where dirty with hair/food and bits of rubbish. 1 key for the family of 3, access to the garage needs you to call a number for it to open. Didn't work for us, we had to access through the bins area each time we wanted to take the car out.

Very clean and modern with easy access to local store and city. Jordan has thought of everything and the young lady at the front desk was friendly and happy to help with anything. 10 out of 10 from me.
