The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and accommodating

Lack of staff and respect room was way dirty cum stains on the bed as u can see in my photo poorly managed

There was no breakfast. The location was fine.

I travel from another state in 100 degrees temperature to Stillwater and I pre-booked through Booking.com for room#237. However; when I arrived at the hotel for whatever the reason the room wasn't ready. After waiting for 45 min. I was told that it could not be rented for a few days. I stay for 11 days and I expected for someone to knock on my door or buzz me on the hotel phone to tell me when I could moved into 237, and that never happen. I went into the office on Aug. 11th requesting to see Rm#126, I was told by Jay that it was better to rent the room first and then I could see it. I book Rm126 for the 14th thru 18th, Went into the office on Saturday twice around 12pm and than again around 3pm, was told that Shannon would be back to show me the room. That didn't happen! -- the room was shown to me at 3:00pm on move in day (Aug. 14 ) and I could no longer cancel on that date, (did not like the room for various reasons). Was told that the only Room available on the 14th was room 212. looked 212 over and I liked the room and wanted to extend my stay up to Aug. 26th/2023. However the TV had no cable channels, ( could only get 10 news channels + 10 religious/home shopping channels ) it was an old model something and not WI-FI ready or capable, also there was no hotel phone in the room. The desk manager said she didn't have any newer models that was wi-fi ready. I told her that I own a Roku smart TV and it was in the trunk of my car, that I needed someone to lift it out for me because I have a bad shoulder injury. She said she would sent someone up/ That didn't happen-No one came up to help. The next day I saw the desk Mgr. and a clerk carrying a new Roku tv to another room, I contact booking.com They told me--that I was suppose to get all the Amenities that the other Guess got, CABLE channel and Wi-FI streaming!!
