"Great stay !!"

I had a great stay with Francesca and Massimo. The room was very good and everything you expect from a good b&b. Good (and quite) location, but a car is recommended to visit Ancona’s hotspots. I will definitely come here again on my next visit to Ancona! The way the owners make you feel welcome and there helpfulness is a big 10/10 !! Thanks again! Best regards, Jo

Very pleasant stay. Francesca, the owner, is kind end very efficient. The room is clean and spacious and the area quiet and not far from the city center.

"Feeling at home with kind hosts, just outside Ancona city."

Francesca and Massimo do their best to make you feel comfortable and at home. Such sweet people! They ask which breakfast you want, and they make it happen. Good help too in finding restaurants close by.

Italian parking lots are sometimes really narrow and difficult to make your manoeuvres, especially with a rented car. Luckily we weren't here in the crowded summer.

Very well situated location if you have a car. The room + ensuite bathroom are equipped with everything you need in a high standard. Francesca - the host - is wonderfully welcoming and considerate.
