MYthe property is good and worth for the money . We like it very much. Very comfortable. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Property agent is very friendly, helpful and quite fast in responding. Thanks joei 💕
Adjustable but still the property quiet small . Parking lot just have one only . If there’s two car, need to park one at free parking 3rd floor and another one with paid MBPP parking at outside .

MYThe whole unit is very comfortable, clean and tidy. The owner is also friendly and provided good and clear instructions and services. Recommended and will visit again in future.
Some tools are a little bit rusty such as knives and scissors. Hope to change to a new one. Others are good.
MYThe tv remote was not working but the owner came almost immediately to change another remote. He was friendly and helpful. The unit was well equipped and clean. Will definitely book again when I'm in penang.
Carpark area.. driving up and down was narrow especially if you're driving a mpv .Should give a key for the unit gate hence the gate remains unlock during the stay but only given access card for the unit door.
MYIt's pretty tricky to collect the key but we manage to get it.
The parking area does not fit our car with a roof box; we need to take it down before entering.
MYMY- Host is friendly and welcoming. - Location is good and convenient. - Unit is quite new, clean and equipped with basic necessities.
- The car park of the building is not very well designed.
