L'hôtel est très accueillant. L'appartement est conforme aux photos. Il est vaste, et la terrasse est agréable. L'hote met à disposition 2 vélos
Il y a peu de vaisselle et tres peu d'ustensiles de cuisine. (rien pour le four)

Very large and clean .the bed was comfortable. I really liked the bikes Igor let us use. If i ever get back here i would try to get booking here. Good location

Locatie is top! Alles in de buurt. Lekker ruim en Schoon.
Douche is zeer klein. Bijna niet te doen voor een gemiddelde postuur man. Jammer want de badkamer ruimte zelf is groot. In de tuintje mag wel een betere tafel en stoelen of een bankje.

We had a wonderful stay at IY Loft 5. It is located perfectly, only a short walk to the vibrant centre of the city but nicely tucked away from the hustle and bustle! Igor is a wonderful host, gave us heaps of tips of things to see and do and as an added bonus, the apartment also comes with two bikes you can use to explore the city, we even cycled out to the beach! Highly recommend IY Loft 5 to base yourself for a visit to Valencia.

Location was excellent, near the old town with bars and shops close by. Beds are extremely comfortable. Having a full size fridge and equipped kitchen was very convenient.
I would not have liked just the privacy screens around the sleeping areas if I'd been sharing with anyone but family

Die Lage war perfekt, da wir fussläufig das Zentrum erreichen konnten; auch Lebensmittel.
Offenes Badezimmer einschließlich Toilette sowie die Schlafzimmer nur durch einen Schrank getrennt, das ist Geschmackssache!
