Location to public boat ramp

Property owner doesn’t respond well in the app. Didn’t send code to the door by 3:00. I had to call and text her to get it 30 minutes later. Smelled very bad of cigarette smoke, house was overall dirty. Table wasn’t wiped down, couch was dirty, bathroom was dirty and the rug in the bathroom was dirty, wifi wasn’t connected to password in the book, ice maker runs all night long and is loud.

The closeness to water

There was mold in the ice machines filth on the ledges and mold n there shower hadn't been dusted either all vents r dirty

It had a full kitchen and a washer and dryer and that the beds were comfortable!

The wifi didn't work, the tv upstairs didn't work, and the shower head wasn't clean.

It has a lot of nice amenities in a small amount of space. Cool and comfortable. The ice maker came in very handy! We had everything we needed!

We were a little confused on arrival because there was no external sign that said , “True North”.

The rental was perfect for our vacation. Very comfortable and Amy was great very quick to response to any thing we needed!! Love the location. Hiking /biiking trail to Carolina beach state park right behind the multi unit building. Marina also very close. Close to so many beaches Carolina,Kure Wrightsville and Fort Fisher. A couple hour drive to Emerald Isle, Top Sail etc etc. the coast Of North Carolina does not disappoint.
