Molto grande e accogliente, camere spaziose, cucina ben fornita. Carino anche il giardino. I proprietari si sono dimostrati molto disponibili e chiari per fornire le informazioni per il check in.

L’unica cosa che ho da commentare è l’assenza di tovaglioli, ma è una piccolezza. Per il resto nulla da dire!

"Soggiorno impeccabile, host attento e casa accogliente"

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento e l’esperienza è stata davvero eccellente. Davide è stato cortese, disponibile e super attento a ogni dettaglio. Per la prima volta ci è stato fornito un seggiolone e una culla per nostro figlio senza nemmeno doverlo chiedere, un gesto che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo. Avevamo chiesto il favore di riscaldare la casa in anticipo per trovarla calda al nostro arrivo e Davide non ha esitato nemmeno un secondo ad assecondare la richiesta. L’appartamento era pulitissimo e arredato con grande cura. Consigliamo vivamente questo alloggio e sarà sicuramente il nostro punto di riferimento se dovessimo tornare a Livorno.

"Közel volt a belváros, így gyalogosan el lehetett mindent érni. Pár napos tartózkodásra ajánlom."

Kulcs átvétele gördülékeny volt. A tulajdonos minden infót elküldött, amire szükségünk volt. Központi fűtés volt, így nagyon kelles volt a ház. Parkolás az utcán volt, de nem kellett fizetni, de nem lehet mindig megállni a záz előtt csak arrább, ahogy van hely. A ház jó felszerelt, tiszta volt.

Mosogatógép hiányzótt.

Eigenlijk niets.

We hebben een week in Garden House gezeten. Wij willen laten weten dat het voor ons geen prettig verblijf is geweest omdat er veel schimmel in de badkamers aanwezig was, en we te weinig handdoeken hebben gehad voor 4 personen terwijl handdoeken als service werden aangeboden. Dat wij zelf handdoeken moeten wassen stond dan ook nergens vermeld. Wasserette was een behoorlijk stuk lopen, überhaupt wassen op je vakantie🤷‍♂️ Wij vonden ook hele vieze vaatdoeken in het keukenkastje, die zorgde voor een enorme stank. Verder staat de vuilnis 5 dagen te stinken op het terras wat ook niet opgeruimd en vies was. Ook het bed in slaapkamer 1 was kapot, hiervoor met de eigenaar contact gehad maar ondernam geen actie. verder hebben we alle spullen in de keuken af moeten wassen omdat het niet schoon was. Dit moet toch niet kunnen. Prijs en kwaliteit staan zeker niet in verhouding en het huisje is zeker geen 4 sterren waard het is gewoon vies, goor en veeeeeel te duur.
