Condo in the Heart of Nashville - unit794

It was in walking diary of food restaurants. Condo was nice. Our concert got cancelled due to rain and rescheduled for the next night. The property manager was so helpful and getting us an extended night.

It was cosy and inside it was clean. The bed was very comfortable. 20 minutes walk to the bottom of Broadway. Used Uber at night. We were able to get an early check in which was appreciated.

The outside balconies need cleaning. The sliding doors need attention.

Clean, well-appointed condo close to downtown so we could walk to everything but far enough away from Broadway that we could escape all the bustle and noise. The king-size bed was so cozy, and the balcony overlooking the river was a nice feature. The property manager was great with communicating checking in and out procedures. This is a great place to stay if you're visiting Nashville!

Really, I don't have anything negative to say about this property.

The condo was so cute, well decorated, cozy and a great location. The condo was clean and communication was great between the manager and I.

There was nothing we didn’t enjoy.

The view of the river was awesome, bed super comfortable, location very convenient to downtown. Cute place and I enjoyed the stay.

The instructions for the key are written incorrectly. The knob to lock is clock-wise and to unlock is counter-clockwise.... The instructions are opposite. I figured it out after a few attempts but other guests have noted difficulty with door lock. The screened door was broken, missing refrigerator handle and the toilet would run multiple times so needs some repair. I kept getting multiple text messages asking me to complete a form but the link was missing. Not so great communication with host.

Great view, safe area, parking under roof, a few blocks from broadway and the bus station, quiet, clean

No place close to walk for breakfast, fridge missin door handle, carpet needs restretched, toilet flapper needs replaced as it flushes itself every fw minutes

Very cosy and nicely decorated. Love all the framed posters! Lovely little balcony overlooking the river. Everything as described. Great location to broadway.

We really struggled figuring out how to lock the door when going out. Still not sure what the correct method is after the stay 😂
