It was very well furnished with everything you would need. Very clean and decorated beautifully. Close to everything!

Fan didn’t work unfortunately

Smelled bad - I assume it was coming from the broken unplugged (fridge?) freezer that was in the kitchen / lounge area Very hot and unable to turn the thermostat down in one of the bedrooms - it just remained on 29.5 - why had it been set to that? When we asked about how we could solve this we were told to switch the radiator off (there were none - its underfloor heating) No bedding provided for the sofa bed - when I asked for this I was told it could be brought the next day - what exactly my children were supposed to do regarding sleeping clearly not the concern of our hosts! Very noisy outside as it was Friday night do unable to have the windows open to counteract the ridiculous room temperature. I explained this and was dismissed by saying I couldn't hear anything as the flat was a couple of floors up (not true it was loud with noise from people shouting and you could smell the weed being smoked by some people outside) Not terribly welcoming - the first sight as you open the front door was an incredibly dirty vacuum cleaner - all dusty and just left out Long black Hairs in the bedside drawers. No bin bag in the bin. None on the premises to use in fact. Manager sent a clip of 'how clean' the flat was but I guess this was not very thorough as a Quick Look around and you could see that it wasn't actually very clean at all, there was dust on surfaces, Bits of food crumbs in the kitchen drawers. Old worn out sponge left on the sink. Tiny amount of handwash in the bathroom. The outside space I recognise isn't a lot you can do but there were big planters just full of rubbish and several people smoking cannabis outside the flats - just cannot justify the price of the place to put up with that.

- no toilet roll, sugar, tea or bin bags - flat block unkept outside and not inviting (however aware this is not in control of the apartment owners) - cleanliness was NOT up to standard. We unbelievably found a packet of viagra and 2 long black hairs in one bedside table drawer. A condom wrapper (along with lots of dust/grime/lost possessions) under the bed. Bits of food/dirt and hairs in the kitchen drawers, fridge, dishwasher and on the wall and sofa. The bath mat was also dirty and the bottom of the bins dirty with bits of previous guests rubbish. - the rooms are claimed to be ‘soundproof’ however they are extremely noisy, you can hear everything outside, neighbours and each other clear as day. We were kept up on Sunday night by the loud bar across the road playing rock music past 23:30. Bring ear plugs (and eye masks as the blinds block hardly any light too!) if you want a good night sleep. - communiclation felt up to scratch however it would appear messages are automated as I haven’t had a reply about our concerns. - only 4 dining chairs and all wobbly legs / felt unsafe to sit on. - claim ‘parking on site £30 per day no booking required’ and then on the day message to say ‘no parking available, please pre book elsewhere’ however due to late notice no parking available to pre book anywhere near the apartment. As a result we had to park in the car park next to the flat block for 3 days at £47.50 per 9-24 hours. Total parking cost was therefore much more expensive than we were expecting!

Location, bathroom, kitchen and lounge area good size. Decor very nice

Sadly the apartment hadn't been cleaned properly. The beds had dirty duvet covers still on them , toilet was dirty, kitchen work tops hadn't been wiped over. Chair legs were loose on 3 out if 4 chairs and couldn't be sat on. All the above was rectified within 2 hours of calling Issue with only having 1 key fob if 2 or more staying and go out separately. Beds very small in both bedrooms , husband is 6ft 2 , I slept in the other bed. Very little room to get round the bed in one of the rooms
