Our family stayed here for our Disney vacation. It was very convenient to the parks as well as shopping and food nearby. The condo was adorable and exactly as pictured. The kids loved the air hockey table. The beds were pretty comfortable. Response time of the customer service text number was great, they helped us with our problems quickly. They even gave us an option to extend our stay for a discounted price.

Water pressure in the showers was a bit intense. Did not have a broom to clean up crumbs The check in process was a bit confusing. They sent me a text the day we were set to arrive saying I didn’t sign the agreement and had to call right away. When they opened 2 hrs of panic later they said that it was some automated response and that we were fine. We were also told we needed a parking pass or we’d get towed then when we didn’t get one were told we didn’t actually need it.
