LMHA25, Puerto Latino 11, Tomas Maestre Marina, La Manga

The location was fantastic, perfectly located for the marina (2 minute walk), where there was a good selection of restaurants and bars. It was also close to a supermarket (a few minute walk) that had a good selection of products. The property had a view of the marina which was lovely. The sea was a 2 minute walk away and had several entries into the Mar Menor.

There were no sunbeds around the pool so you needed to take towels with you to lie on the grass.

La piscina es fabulosa. El apartamento es bastante funcional. Es como se muestra en las fotos. La urbanización es muy tranquila. Tiene parking aunque casi que no hace falta, hay muchos sitios en la calle para aparcar .

Pese a que en si el apartamento está muy bien hay tres razones por las que no volveré. El aire acondicionado tan apenas da aire, menos mal que hay ventiladores de techo pero aún así pasamos calor. Pese a que tiene mosquiteras en ventanas y puerta de terraza , tuvimos que compartir apartamento con cucarachas bien grandes, en mi estancia no había día que no encontrara. La comunicación con propietario bastante deficiente y despreocupada. Tuve que insistir yo para que diera dirección completa y como hacer el check in para poder organizarme, no lo hizo hasta el último segundo. La llamé no me lo coje y me contesta solo por wasap . Con respecto al tema cucarachas tan solo me mando un escueto mensaje que debido a la situación del apartamento encontraría algunas cucarachas y no se preocupó más. Ahora eso sí para que saliéramos antes de las 10 de la mañana si tuvo la iniciativa.. La playa mistral que es a la que se accede andando esta llena de medusas.

Very modern, clean, well stocked , lovely decor , great location

Fantastic property. It’s in a terrific location beside restaurants bars and a big supermarket. Parking is just outside or you can park inside a garage area. Lovely pool area. Very well kept. Apartment is super clean and beds comfortable. There is nothing I could say that was not good. Lyn our host is wonderful so obliging and helpful. This apartment is perfect for a wonderful holiday.

Cold tiled floors - perfect of course in hotter weather though !!

Everything is new, clean, perfectly functional and organized. Bright, spacious, with a view to marina. Very quiet and calm. Underground garage was another benefit. Everything looks even better than in photos
