Platinum Peak Luxury Apartment -Victoria Falls

Spacious clean apartment with handy supermarket and restaurant located across the road.

Unable to check in at 2pm as the guests bags were still at the property and the cleaner was still cleaning. Workers regularly entering the enclosed front garden of the apartment without informing us. Only one towel for 4 days and a used dirty dish cloth to clean the dishes. No access to movie channels.

Pekný a dobre vybavený aprartmán. Auto sa dalo zaparkovať v uzavretom areáli a je to bezpečné miesto. Mali sme požičané auto a dalo sa veľmi rýchlo a pohodlne navštíviť Victoria Falls a Zambezi National Park.

В едната баня мивката беше запушена и не успяхме да я отпушим, така че тази баня остана неизползваема. Устройството за сапун в банята беше счупено и за да се ползва трябваше да се държи с две ръце. Не навсякъде имаше мрежа против комари в район с малария и трябваше да спим на затворени прозорци и климатик. Оказа се, че заявеният ни трансфер за летището при отпътуване не е стигнал до шофьора и само случайността помогна той да разбере, че трябва да ни откара. Рискувахме да изпуснем полета си.

The most comfy bed! Big spacious house and had everything we needed.

Lots of room, comfortable bed. Good amenities. Great water pressure.

No screens on the showers so the bathroom got really wet. No fans in any of the bathrooms and none of the windows had screens so ventilation wasn't a great option given the mosquito risk. Not great information re rubbish...no bin liners provided-had to request them. Recycling? Where to deposit rubbish?

Location is a bit further out from town but was handy having a restaurant and little shop over the road.
