Lovely set up. Would be also a good appartment to stay longer has a big kitchen with all. A small working desk. Nice bathrooms and sleeping rooms.

Soap were missing at the restrooms to wash hands.. The street written at booking.com for it is confusing. Guides don't find them. The description they deliver in message is correct Payment was confusing, but worked out at the end. Asked for 50% pré paying a few days before coming. Was at the end 100%. Would be good to mention it in the booking process.

I liked everything , the friendly staff , clean homely place and the accessibility , that's the grocery store/shop is just opposite across the gate and it has a restaurant which delivers meal order to your door . Everybody is just friendly and happy and very safe place , infact the Vicfalls City itself is very safe , no thieves or crazies to be worried and afraid of . The WIFI / Internet is very strong and very good , never goes off or anything , is good for doing work and if one is a content creator no problems there . And the accommodation comes with a computer and laptop and a work desk and space . Everything is there from Air frier to coffee maker to all that's needed at a home . Clean sheets bedding everyday , good house keeping ladies I loved it and would absolutely 110% refer and advice one to book there , it has good low prizes .

Location was convenient since across from store and restaurant. Staff promptly arranged transport whenever we needed it.

Kitchen. We requested a new coffee press to replace the cracked coffee press in the kitchen. Staff delivered another coffee press which was also cracked. We informed staff that the 2nd one was cracked and the response was "thank you." Staff never did replace the coffee replace during our 4 days there. We requested a bottle opener and staff didn't provide one (guess we shouldn't have requested it at same time as coffee maker). Seems that staff responses are auto-responses or BOT. We gave up making requests - they really need to do a better job ensuring kitchen is properly supplied - sending a real person to the apt after we had checked in would be a good idea. enough of these bots.

It was so comfortable and sparkling clean. Beautiful decor and comfortable beds.
