The property was old and worn out, rusty bathroom fittings , holes in the Lino, cooker was dirty, carpet was absolutely disgusting, net curtains need a good boil wash, shower and kitchen sink both leaking profusely under the caravan, I was so disappointed when I saw the static, luckily the sun shone most of the time so we were able to stay out!

The area was nice and quiet, not far from the sea front

We had to wait until 4 pm when we got in there it hadn't been cleaned. the freezer was so iced up that we couldn't open the draws. Also, the kitchen sink was very slow at emptying. Most of the windows didn't close properly and were drafty. 1 window didn't open. All the facilities were on martello Beach side

Window latches on some windows broken. Steps to caravan not safe. Toilet and bathroom facilities dirty and rusty. Beds uncomfortable, new mattresses advisable. Dust and previous dirt left behind and it smelt damp and musty when we arrived. Will not be back.. Cars driving round at speed through site till early hours of morning.. Not safe..Shop on site closes too early. No signage leading to site.

The park this caravan is situated on is absolutely fantastic activity wise. And the staff could not be more helpfull. The tv is a smart tv and there is wifi which is good especially when you have children Massive fridge freezer too

This caravan was absolutely freezing, to a certain extent to be expected due to the lack of double glazing but the windows are broken so never closed properly which made cold nights even colder. The cutlery and plates etc were filthy so we had to rewash anything we needed to use. The sponge left in property was disgusting aswell, so not suprised the state of the washing up from previous. Every bed in the property has wee stains and blood stains. There is no hoover or in the property so we had to ask our friends to bring a hover that was coming down for the day for us to borrow for the duration.

The property was very spacious and had everything we needed for a perfect self catering weekend. Caravan was very clean and tidy.
