Ad was deceptive. Sleeps six, free parking. We get there and park. A security guard comes and tells us parking tags required; unit has one. We have 4 cars for six people. Rest of tags are $20 each or we’ll be tagged to tow. Sent an online message to owner/ company. Did not respond. Have to park off site but no place given to do that. Also understood it was street level. Unit was actually down two flights of stairs and 3 of us are handicapped; no elevator. The parking thing was stressful; looked clean however we lost a ring and lifted the loveseat to look for it. Trash and food under it. Said $250 for towels, etc.: ridiculous. Everywhere I’ve ever stayed, that’s just part of it. Provided two trash bags; soap dispenser was empty in bathroom. We won’t be back.

Nice place. Great view. Nice porch screened in.

Host neglected to inform cleaning company to clean property. Couldn't get in until after they left at almost 9pm. Host suggested we use the pool for 5 hours in 100 degree heat. Offered 1 night refund but should have included our fees and cleaning for that night. He didn't.
