Clean and quiet

Separate shared bathroom door was unlabeled and stuck shut.

The breakfast was good, the location was great.

The room didn’t have enough light, one of the light bulbs was off and the rest were flashing so can’t use the light, having to use the touch from my phone instead.

Clean and well furnished- Breakfast was pots of porrige and pstries in the room. Plenty of free parking- left car there whilst i went to work in london.Literally a 5min walk to Ruislip Manor tube station and pubs and shops

Convenient and comfortable

Found that the key code was difficult. Sometimes, it took 3 or 4 goes before being able to open the door

Good location

No one on site host unhelpful and couldn’t leave a bag and other guests noisy till 2am.

The breakfast "on the go" options were generous and fruit fresh

Trying to get into the building and again into the room with the digital key locks was really difficult and it took several goes for it to work at each door. For anyone who has a problem with physical dexterity, like arthritis, they will find it difficult, like I did.
