Mountain Dreams

Nothing from the start of getting there to the middle of night running out the place my group had issues. First the door code sent to me was wrong had to call and get the correct one and hour after check in. Second we all get ready to go to sleep and one of my guest in the other room had a bed bug crawl across her head lord and behold we lift all the beds and the place is just crawling with them. So we pack our bags and call the support number thinking maybe they’ll give us a clean place to stay since it’s 2:30 in the morning and noone wants to stay in a bug infested house even the couch had bed bugs we sent in videos and pictures and they tell there isn’t anything they could do until Monday at the earliest. So we packed our belongings and started driving home (5hours away). Luckily one of my group members found a hotel with a few last minute rooms available and they were amazing yes it’s a hotel but they gave us discounts after hearing what we had been through 10/10 at Ramada by Wyndham. Needless to say we will not be back to Mountain Dreams

Pictures showed a jetted tub in master bedroom and it did not have one.

I loved everything and people were nice. Location great. Me and my family were there all week and so much room you couldn't tell there were 11 people there ever.. we will be wanting this cabin every year .. beautiful we loved it . Will be back...I love the fact I was getting married and the church was like 8 mins away. I was able to get ready at cabin and go get pictures instead of having to wait till we got to the church... Pics of me in dress are heading to church to get married.. LOVED IT

It was decorated for Christmas. Has a bedroom on each level so everyone could spread out. T.V. In all rooms. Nice media room.

Hot tub didn’t work out entire stay. Ice maker on the fridge didn’t work so we had to buy ice to whole time. No pot holders or can opener in the kitchen.

The cabin was nice and when I called about any information they answered quickly and professionally.

I was disappointed that we couldn’t use the jacuzzi because it was too cold and wouldn’t heat up. Called for a maintenance man to fix it but no one showed up.
