The property seems to have been refurbished fairly recently, clean spacious & location was fabulously close to all facilities in como city.

A few lights were not working & we contacted owner however didn’t get sorted during our stay. Also found it very difficult to find bedding/sheets for sofa bed, owner eventually suggested we look harder! Came across a small key by chance & opened cupboard in hall where we found some sheets.

The location, there’s eateries around where we stay and also nearby to ferry jetty. The self check in was easy. The old building has its old charm but the interior of the apartment is quite modern.

There were a few issues - the shower hose is faulty, keeps coming off during shower. We highlighted to owner but it wasn’t repaired during our stay. One of aircond remote wasn’t working and aircond bedroom keeps shutting down by itself. I really wanted to use the washer but we couldn’t find the key despite the host keep telling us it is there in the drawer. On last day, I found it at the kitchen counter. The place has alot of potential but the host has to be more responsive and do proper handover to the guests.

Recently refurbished, high ceilings, very central location which is perfect to walk-visit Como historical center and surroundings.

As this apartment is located in the heart of the historical center, car parking and luggage moving may require a 7 min walk or so, but this is just a note for whom visits.

The apartment was modern and stylish and in a great location on a piazza. Everything was in walking distance and you had cafes and shops on your doorstep. The Aircon was good and with the windows shut it was very peaceful. The bathroom was lovely with a great walk in shower. The bed was big with a comfortable mattress and pillows.

The landlord has agreed to an early check-in by one hour and despite assuring us that it was arranged we still couldn't get in. Access to the apartment was via an app on your phone rather than a key which didn't really suit us. There was building work next door which was quite noisy at times. There were two bikes with the apartment which was one of the main reasons we chose it. They were in a pile at the bottom of the stairs, locked and with no working pump. I messaged the owner and he said he would try and help but didn't get back to us. We ended up going to a bike shop and paying to sort it out ourselves. There was a QR. Code to access the house rules but the document didn't work so we had no info about the apartment, a print out would be better. A lot of things we found by accident. The hot water ran out on one morning although the shower was very good. There was a coffee machine but no pods or details of where to buy them. A welcome basket would have been a nice touch.
