200 yds to private gated beach access- 3BR-2BA- quiet location in the heart of Destin!

I absolutely loved the location & villa! The villa was extremely clean, comfortable and had anything you needed cooking wise. It was a short walk away from the beach and Big Kahunas waterpark is directly across the street.

We didn’t have an issue with it but it located on the third floor so you have to take 2 flights of steps. Only mentioning if that would be concern for you.

The location, the cleanliness, the amenities, amazing welcome basket and a very responsive host.

Loved the location and amenities provided. The house had all the things we needed to make everything we wanted to. Access to the beach was great. We truly loved this place!

The upstairs apartment made us feel that we needed to be very quiet when walking around.

This was a home away from home. This property was AWESOME it had any and everything you would need for a family vacation. We even mentioned that it would be great if the place had a beach wagon since it is a walk to the beach. The host went and purchased one for our unit in less than 30 mins. That small gesture meant the absolute most to my husband :) and he is hard to please lol. I would definitely stay again. Also, you are surrounded by a lot of funs things for kids to do, water park, go carts etc.

It felt like a little home away from home. Plenty of sleeping arrangements. The balcony was a great place to hang out and unwind. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. As well as things to use like beach chairs, plenty of towels, beach towels, and even floats. There was a gift basket there waiting for us when we arrived and that was a great personal touch. The manager/owner was simply amazing. She was responsive, helpful, and gave us ideas for things to do and places to eat. I enjoyed this apartment very much.
