Daisy Lodge - Spacious Two Bed Flat - Parking, Netflix, WIFI - Close to Blenheim Palace & Oxford - F1

Location is good, parking, excellent for visiting Blenheim palace. Close to amenities. Clean ,beds comfy , very clean bathroom ! 😊 Many thanks for resolving ,small issue we had promptly.

Could hear a considerable amount of noise from flat above into the early hours , seemingly they didn't respect others in the building.

Convenient for Oxford, and easy to access. Wifi worked fine and hosts had created a booklet of helpful ideas for Oxford, along with house rules.

The apartment, on first look, was nice. However, when we went to go to bed, we realised that there wasn't enough bedding for the amount of people we had, and one of the duvets had a spillage of food or something else on it that was really unpleasant and so unusable. We found a couple blankets to use as sheets. The front windows had black mould all along the bottom, which wasn't nice when sleeping right next to them at near floor level once the sofas are folded down. The blinds at the front were broken and didn't offer privacy - also not helpful when it's meant to shift to a bedroom for those using the sofas at night - and especially given it looked out onto the main driveway off a busy road. The floor was unclean and I found toenail clippings and other detritus. The sink tap in the kitchen was nearly coming off - I realised in the morning that it may have been from other visitors trying to shut/open the kitchen window and using it as a lever to get themselves onto the counter - it was the only way to open/shut the window. There was only a fan for the living room, despite no air con and ground-floor level flat where we couldn't open windows at night. It made for a sweltering sleep. When I first contacted the hosts about these issues privately before leaving this review, they indicated they were sorry but we should have let them know at the time. Given we are family with children who were already in bed by the time we found these issues, and were making beds up for ourselves, this feels a bit ridiculous to think they'd come out and remove mould, wash floors and supply new bedding at 10pm, and it was clear we just had to make do and get through it for the night. I feel pretty duped that this is considered a 'superb' property on Booking.com and won't be using them again.

We are a family group with three seniors and two kids. All loved staying here. Room is just fabulous. It looks exactly as it is on the website. clean, tidy, modern, and spacious. Location, 5 mins drive to Tesco Superstore. 15 mins drive to South Gate where it is easy to park and visit. Parking, each apartment has its parking space. Facilities, very well equipped. It has all the thing we need to cook for breakfast. Host was nice, management was professional. We would have extended our stay if it was not booked already for the following night.
