There is a charge of 250.00 Euros per week for use of the Jacuzzi to be paid at check in. There is a charge for heating the pool of 480.00 Euros per week to be paid at check in. There is a charge for heating the house in the winter of 280.00 Euros per week to be paid at check in. There is no charge for air conditioning. There is a gardener coming twice per week to look after the property and the Jacuzzi. Laundry and cleaning through the week is available at an additional charge - one time per week is 180.00Euros to be paid at check in.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.
