Ensimmäistä kertaa ikinä joutui itse laittaa lakanat sänkyyn. Huoneessa pieni 3L roskis, mitä ei tyhjennetty kertaakaan. Kylppärissä niin pieni lavuaari ettei siinä mahtunut edes käsiä pesemään. Kylppärin lattialämmitys ei toiminut, joten se oli kostea koko ajan.

The room was clean and attractive. I had a beautiful view of a garden which I could access. The area is very quiet, but walking distance from all the main sights.

I couldn't open my windows, which made the room very stuffy.

Wspaniała lokalizacja. W pobliżu restauracje i możliwośc zjedzenia śniadania. Bardzo blisko sklepy. Łatwy dojazd a do dworca pkp można dojść pieszo w zaledwie 15min. Pokój czysty, elegancki i bardzo klimatyczny. Wróciłabym ponownie :)

Location based on price is perfect, supermarket is really close and there is a good Italian restaurant next to the hotel

The room is really uncomfortable, the wall is really thin, the bedroom is small, honestly I almost stuck in there 😂 and they didn’t make the bed just put everything on the bed and do it your self. So if you need a room for 1 day it’s fine but I recommend better quality for longer stay

Great location and nice building

My bed wasn’t made; the bed sheets were just left on the side. Communication from the host was very poor—I had to message twice to get instructions on how to get into my room. The fridge in my room didn’t work, and I needed it to keep my medication cool. I asked the host about it, but they never responded. My room was in the attic, and the ceiling slope was very low, especially if you are taller than 1.8 meters. There was also a sewage smell inside. Overall, the room felt claustrophobic and was very disappointing.

I was not even given a chance to stay there. Terrible experience. Booked 3 months in advance non-refundable.Day before arrival in the morning they asked to pay city tax - i have done it via transfer. In the evening I received a message that they did overbooking and have no place for me, proposing me to do the cancelationl with refund. I tried to insist that less then 24 hours before arrival this is very unprofessional, but got just rude answer that they don't have room for me. I asked the host that he cancels with refund, he ignored. Wrote a complaint to booking support, they checked with the host and confirmed that i should book an alternative and they will cancel the problematic booking with a refund and also cover the difference. Few hours later the host replied like nothing ever happened, that i can find the key there for my room at the special place. And this is after i got booking instructions to book an alternative. Totally crazy attitude. Obviously i answered that the room serve no purpose any more, since i already booked and paid alternative. Avoid if you want to have good and predictable holidays.

Clean, close to centre, good value for money.

Fridge wasn't working (another review states they needed to pay for it) and the communication was very bad. Also, the bathroom is TINY. If you're an overweight person, you legit won't fit on the toilet.
