"Tried once no more next time"

Toilet floor was slippery, and I fell and slip and hurt my leg and arm with bruises.

Hotel is old and need to refresh and upkeep the hotel rooms.

The hotel is affordable and near to my factory at Serendah

Toilet floor is slippery, I slip and hurt my leg and elbow. Toilet carpet should be change The interior of the room should be upgrade or change to new. Bed Frame water damage Wall is dampness and wallpaper peel up If the Hotel upkeep and refurbished it will be good

Comfortable to stay.

111 room air-cond controller not functioning. TV channel also not functioning. Light is not bright enough. 116 room all facilities all in order. Second day, no housekeeping service.
