That they clean everyday.

That we booked a sea view and our entire view was blocked 🚫 by the ballito pro and we was not made aware of this. Also that that there are no lifts.

Spacious clean apartment.

Disappointed that we did not get the ocean view we paid for as there were tents in front of the unit due to an event on the beach. Wish we had been informed so that we could have postponed our stay.

It was spotless, beautiful views from the house, I was travelling with my 2 year old and the gated property put me at ease in terms of access to the beach. We felt so safe and enjoyed every second of our stay

The location of the property is great. You have direct beach access.

The kitchen is filthy. It would be expected that many people would cook at a self-catering accommodation like this. However, the stove plates are old, rusted, and slow, the kitchen was dirty, including the dishes, the cloths provided for cleaning smelled, the washing machine had not been cleaned and left our clothes smelling like damp, there cupboards all smelled of damp. It was a horrible experience having to prepare meals and eat in that kitchen.

The place was very nice and clean. The beach is right in front.

No WiFi and the shower in the main bedroom couldn't drain water

The sea view was mesmerizing ,very spacious and luxurious

Main bathroom was clogging, water started to overflow .We could not use that bathroom and had to use the second bath room
