Great appartment with free parking. It is just a 5min walk to the train station, that goes directly to the center of Florence. Dario is nice and helpful. We really recommend this stay.

Dario est un hote adorable qui nous a accueilli directement a l appartement. En famille (1 couple et 3 enfants)Nous avons apprécié les petites attentions (eau, bonbons, petites adresses). L appartement entièrement rénové est très bien équipé, il ne manque rien! La literie est très bonne et l appartement très propre. Le plus, l appartement est a 5 minutes a pieds du tram( parking de la gare que nous avons payé 5e de midi a 17h) pour aller dans le centre historique de Florence . Nous recommandons 1000 fois et reviendrons chez Dario pour une prochaine fois dans notre ville préférée d Italie!

Dario met us and was flexible with timings as we were travelling from a long way away. He was really helpful and gave great advice for our stay. The flat was really comfortable and we all slept well. Easy parking and a great tram link nearby into the centre of Florence. Would highly recommend.

Naš domaćin Dario je bio jako ljubazan i njegova uputstva su bila korisna. U blizini stana je stanica tramvaja kojom smo za petnaestak minuta bili u centru Firence. Stan je prostran i lep, sa svim potrebnim za ugodan boravak.

"Wonderful Apartment Stay – Felt Like a Home Away from Home!"

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment. From the moment I arrived, everything was exactly as described and even better! The space was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully furnished with all the essentials and little touches that made it really comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped, which was perfect for preparing meals during my stay. The location was very convenient — close to public transportation and shops. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, hassle-free stay. Looking forward to booking again on my next visit!

One thing to note is that the check-in time is limited to 4 PM to 8 PM. If you plan to arrive later than that, there is an additional fee for late check-in. While this was clearly communicated ahead of time, it’s something to keep in mind when planning your arrival.
