Toaster was not working We stayed 3 days with the broken cabinet door while you were aware that we are coming

The cleaning was bad, and some days we lost water pressure. The kitchen and the crockery was very dirty.

The venue was good and the place was neat

The aircon in the living room and main bedroom did not work. I phoned the host, but nothing was done to fix these aircon. If you pay over R6000 per day, you expect much better service.

Easy to collect keys. It was at the Spar nearby. Staff were friendly.

I liked everything. Cannot comment on anything I didn't like. All positive review.
