The host Grace was amazing and was in frequent communication prior to and during my stay to ensure that everything was satisfactory. The apartment was ideal for my work trip and is very comfortable for 1-2 persons. Instructions for check in and check out were clear. The room was very clean with all the amenities required.

Lovely house. Staff and owner were very helpful when we initially struggled to get in.

Grace was wonderful. She met me at the property, was warm and welcoming. She picked some apples from the tree for me. Explained everything. Put the air conditioning on (thankfully AC was there). It was really clean. The bed was huge and so comfortable. Lovely pool

Some tea bags and a small milk would have been nice

Very good apartment and a friendly host with gr8 Friends who helped my transits and check-in. There is a lake nearby and beauty nature, nice gardens and kind neighbourhood! Including friendly cats and chicken. The airport is close, ideal for shorter visit too! The apartment is very comfortable! I really liked the old-style kettle too.

-Maybe the payment process was a bit confusing, so either having Booking com to take money or cash would be more simple as we guess. Some other methods may mean even more fee for guests, such as further conversion fees. We could of course sort the balance out, but not that the process gaps and conversion fees. Nevertheless the services and kindness made further balance finally. -About the smart lock: 1. Some guests may think that they may be trapped either by a service/device malfunction or by the host, or just are monitored and logged by the host, maybe not only by this way. Since these may be possible via an app. 2. Guests may be confused how to lock the door. 3. Some guests (even more from the EU and GDPR) may try to find the exact brand, reset/take offline the device and the gateway (or the whole network) and reconfigure all, including the codes, etc... At least until they leave. Or, just for their privacy(?). It is for further consideration... Maybe a physical locker of key with PIN would be a better balance.

I like everything

the location was great for us. we had to get back to the airport the next day and that was convenient. plus close to a restaurant and a couple of beaches. not on the water but the pool was lovely. very clean studio room with a comfortable king bed. I had a nice walk in the neighborhood in the morning and felt safe.

if you are in grand cayman to be on the water. this is within driving but not on the water
