The location is amazing! Right by the junction of new city and old city, almost next to Hadzidakis's House Museum. The facilities in the room was more than enough. Free coffee and water was more than welcome. Netflix was another great bonus. Every little detail has been thought and served to the property user.

We had difficulty providing hot water, because we haven't been informed / instructed that we have to switch the hot water button on at the panel. However, this only miscommunication (which can be for sure improved) did not ruin our experience at all...
