Location close to Unipol Forum, a lot of free parking spots near by, comfortable room with everything you need, even breakfast

Everything was fine, clean room, bathroom. Recommend.

The cheapest in the location, its not Like a real hostel because its only 3 rooms. 1 bathroom. The check-in instructions were clear and its Really easy to get to Assago Forum.

You can hear everything, but it is what you get at shared space accomodation :)

At first we didn’t found the key for the front door.

The property is new, very clean, with fresh sheets, a spotless kitchen, and spacious rooms. Breakfast was also included, which was a nice touch. Since it’s a new place, it did feel a bit unfinished at times. When I arrived, my room door didn’t lock properly, but the staff worked hard to resolve the issue, even replacing the entire door! I appreciated the discount offered for the inconvenience, and a big thanks to Davide for his attentiveness and problem-solving skills! Overall, the impression was positive. The inconveniences were rather minor, and all in all, it offers good value for the money.

The property is about a 10-minute walk from the tram line, which might feel a bit uncomfortable if you're returning late, especially for solo female travelers. That said, the neighborhood is lively and pleasant during the day. The room was not soundproof—you could hear your neighbors walking and talking. There were no slippers provided, likely for ecological reasons.
