We used the apartment as a base to travel around Puglia and this has proved to be a right choice. Additionally the town, Martina Franca is so lovely to stay, stroll around and have nice meals. The apartment is perfectly situated, few strolls from the central piazza from where you could walk to you day/night meal place. Also, few steps away is a supermarket to get daily fresh bread and other goods. Owner of the apartment has made everything to make guests stay comfortable, as the apartment is fully equipped for comfortable stay. The apartment is on the ground floor, access from the street, and I would call this as an additional benefit - to get in and out with luggage as in old towns this could be an issue. And during the whole stay we felt safe and very comfortable. Parking, even though there is not assigned place, was never an issue during whole 7 days stay. The apartment highly recommended!

Everything. Check in time was quick with Alfio, very accommodating. Room was perfect, very clean and organized. Fridge and cabinets were complete with amenities. We were greeted with a small bottle of champagne which made us feel very welcome to the city of Martina Franca. The location was perfect, right near the old town without it being to loud around. The contemporary style of the apartment was perfect for its size, kitchen and living area was spacious, bedroom was very comfy and the couch in the living room folds out as well. Bathroom was clean and compact and having a washing machine was another great plus of renting this apartment. If I could give this apartment an 11 I would, I highly recommend giving this place a look if you ever plan to stay in Martina Franca.

The apartment is very well located within easy walking to the old town of Martina Franca. There is a small supermarket about a 3 minute walk. There is free parking outside the apartment. The apartment is spacious and has everything you need including excellent cooking facilities, and a washing machine. The apartment is beautifully styled. Our host Alfio is delightful.

Our stay at 40 square meters in Martina Franca was a fantastic experience. The location couldn't have been better - just a stone's throw away from the city center, yet still offering ample parking spaces nearby. The cleanliness of the place was impeccable, and it had all the necessary facilities one could ask for. What really stood out to me was the thoughtful touch of welcome croissants, water, and even a Kinder egg for our kid - it made us feel truly welcomed. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, providing us with recommendations for attractions and places to visit. Moreover, their suggestions for local restaurants were spot-on, leading us to some of the most delicious food we've ever tasted. Overall, our stay at 40 square meters was nothing short of delightful. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Martina Franca.

The apartment is very new which is quite rare in Martina franca. So everything worked very well. The wifi, air conditioning, kitchen, hot water. It was very quiet and the beds were comfortable. It's on the ground floor with no steps which was very important for us as my mother is 85. Our host was very friendly and helpful. It's a 3 minute walk to the main gate of the old town and a 2 minute walk to the bank and supermarket. I would highly recommend staying here.

The host is amazing! Everything was in perfect state and he made a genuine effort to make us feel at home. Perfect!

Not a negative point, but more an FYI; there is no designated parking spot, however there is plenty of (free)parking in the neighbourhood.
