All room include living room has aircond. Next to the shopping mall, walking distance. Convenience store just literally in front house. Spacious parking. We park 2 MPV and still has room for another car. Spacious house that our kids like running and playing inside house. The owner also did not put fragile decoration that not suitable for small children. Wifi available, good speed. Android TV with netflix youtube. Big fridge and washing machine. There are detergent available for use.

The downstair bathroom is at the back, outside the house. Meaning you need to go out the back door to go to toilet. But it still inside the house grill. At night kind of scary to go to toilet. Downstair bathroom also did not have water heater. One of the bathroom hot shower is not fully function and the warer flow very slow despite with pump.
