Ο ιδιοκτήτης που μας περίμενε να μας υποδεχτεί ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικός και φιλικός. Μας κατατοπισε πλήρως για την περιοχή και τις παροχές. Το δωμάτιο ήταν άνετο και οι παροχές πολύ ικανοποιητικές.

Το δωμάτιο μύριζε υπερβολικά πολύ και ο εξαερισμός δεν έκανε καμία δουλειά. Τον είχαμε ανοιχτό συνεχώς και η μυρωδιά δεν έκοβε καθόλου. Μετά καταλάβαμε ότι η μυρωδιά προέρχονταν από τη μούχλα που είχε στο ταβάνι του μπάνιου, στα ντουλάπια της κουζίνας και τις γωνίες του δωματίου.

Είναι μια ήσυχη και ασφαλής γειτονιά πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο, στα μαγαζια και στα Μ.Μ.Μ. Η επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη ήταν άμεση και φιλική.

Καποιες φορές μέσα στο δωμάτιο δεν είχε καλό σήμα τηλεφώνου.
