"Don't expect too much from the place"

It was around 7-8 blocks to the beach. The AC works really well.

It is located in a noisy neighborhood. The apartment itself was not well equipped (no kitchen tools, hangers, etc...). There is too much light through the two doors and two windows for that small space.

"Brief, costly, disappointing."

Location was peaceful and close to transit. Bed OK. Wifi fine.

Access not available for an hour after arranged check in time. Absolute bare bones. Not a single coat hook or place to hang or store clothes or place suitcases. Not clean - floor was sticky, cupboard doors not clean, revolting bedspread. Kitchen very poorly equipped (but to be expected in Mexican rentals). Leaky inlet valve on toilet. Very little contact with owner/operator. We stayed one night and booked another far better rental the next day for the rest of our trip - the week was of course nonrefundable.
