great location 👌 we lv going walks with our dog brilliant nature reserve nearby walkers paradise 😀 went to local football club bar we were made very welcome lovely people 1 Grove house was very comfortable clean all you need take is your own food if eating indoors home from home all kitchen facilities tip top would definitely recommend to anyone for a lovely pleasant stay enjoyed contact with host marion spot on thanks for a great break 😀

Clean and comfortable house, great value for money.

The way the shower is placed and how the two heads just make it it a little awkward to use.

Charming little house . Host very welcoming . Clean tidy peacefull lovely place to chill in the back patio . Well situated for all your needs

Terrible location. Old sofa cushions, bottles and building rubbish dumped behind, and in front of, the street sign which is close to the house. General rubbish rolling about on the street outside. The house has dirty windows, window frames, window sills and door to the front of the property, which gives it the appearance of neglect. Inside the house is better but there is an underlying smell of cigarette smoke. The PS4/DVD player does not work. There was plaster dust on the kitchen worktop, dirt around the window in the kitchen, dirt on top of the tiles around the handbasin and a grotty deposit behind the shower curtain in the bathroom. There is no shower, it is a bath with a shower attachment. The shower curtain is dirty and needs a wash. The day we left there was water running down the bathroom wall, by the window and water running down the wall of the downstairs toilet. A leaking roof? In the visitors book there are a lot of good reviews, one in particular describing it as a 'home from home'. That was not our experience sadly. The property looks clean inside at first but, when you live there, you notice all the dirty corners.

Second stay here first class accommodation very clean everything wanted

Nothing but stairs very steep

Very nice and clean house with everything we needed.

The house is very cosy and comfortable and has everything you need, we'll stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and it was very clean. However, what makes this property special is the excellent host, she has gone to a lot of effort to make sure guests have everything they need in the house and to pull together and information pack for everything else. I really appreciated her kindness.
