The apartment was clean beds were comfy.

The security trelly bars looked awful almost that one does not even want to touch it. Margate itself has deteriorated to such a degree that I will not return there. Well I doubt I will.

Both toilets unacceptable. Plumbing fittings are broken inside the cistern, contact Martin the plumber. Water when filling up is running continuously, waste of water & money. After flushing, faeces comes back into the toilet pan, have to flush 3 or 4 times. Please check outlet pipe, it maybe getting smaller after all these years. One toilet got wire tied up inside the systern. Why 4 airconditioners got "OUT OF ORDER" signs on it? Where is the comfort that we supposed to enjoy during our stay & it summer. The fans makes a loud noise,& you cannot sleep, also ask Martin about this, I showed it to him.

The View was absolutey Stunning, the Apartment is nice and spacious , honestly pictures Dont do JusticešŸ„°

The checklist was too long,If admin can triple check the items on the List To make sure The correct number of items on the List match the Physical items

The flat has a beautiful view. Modern, and has everything you need

The drains of the 2 showers were blocked. The apartment building seriously need a maintenance

Clean and comfortable apartment with a beach view and very close to uvongo beach

The gas braai is not in full working order so it is hard to light it, at best i could only get 2 out 5 burners working and that was starting them manually. The gas braai is a fire hazard waiting to happen. No wi-fi but vodacom reception was good.

Cleanliness and spacious with great views. You could hear the ocean ( the geyser burst before we arrived so they moved us to octavia 2 review is for octavia 2 ) the kitchen well equipped clean and well maintained

Before you do the booking they do not mention that u must Pay R2000 deposit which gets refunded after 14 days only and this unit you have to take towels with you on holiday you must still carry towels with and they have many rules so if you donā€™t mind the deposit then ok but many places to choose in Margate ..
