La habitación bella, súper limpia, el wifi no funciona muy bien y por estar underground no hay mucha señal, pero sin duda me volvería a quedar ahí.

1. Washer dryer didn’t work! The main reason this place was selected 2. Poor staff responsive time to fix it and attempt to then blame client 3. Too hot at night. No thermostat to lower temperature and no response from staff when I asked re thermostat.

Absolutely perfect place to stay in Polanco. I look forward to visiting again. I stayed for 11 days with my 2 kids. I felt safe, everything was in walking distance. My kids walked themselves to dinner at 8pm at nights and I had no worreis for their safety. I cant get this place out of my mind.

That I had to leave

Perfect and safe place to stay in CDMX. The apartment is very high end and has many things that make it feel like home. The decor, the kitchen utensils and appliances etc. Most importantly it is in a very safe and wealthy neighbourhood. I don't find any issues going out at night.

Cozy space for 2 people. We liked the furniture and the bedroom.

The bathroom could use a towel rack or a hook for a hand towel next to the sink.

The apartment is very accomodating and spacious. It is in walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores and malls. the community is very beautiful and very very safe. The staff is very attentive and responds quickly. The guard Abraham at the front desk was so helpful and sweet. My stay was exceptional and I will definetly stay here again when I visit Polanco.
