Bay view chalet, 28 Sea Valley

The sea view, it's easy access to the local area and activities for the children and the bunk beds in the second bedroom were good.

The television in the main living area wasn't working properly due to faulty ariel connection. The shower seal at the bottom of the door needs replacing. The bed in the main bedroom was uncomfortable and would benefit from having a new mattress. There was no welcome pack, this would make it much easier to access information such as wifi passwords and check out information. Coffee machine not needed in the kitchen and just took up too much room. Electric heater in main living/entrance area not working. Main bedroom needs better lighting. New washing up bowl for the kitchen and new toilet seat in the bathroom.

All the different smells from the air fresheners, some smelled out of date

Great location great facilities and staff. Loads of info on local attractions etc. Great view from the front door. Parking was easy

Only very minor issue was the mass of dog hair on the sofa bed once pulled. That is all. Postcode doesn't take you to the main resort entrance but through a very rough back road into the park so better off searching parkdean resort to avoid this (not a fault just advice)
