There was a leak a few nights before our stay meaning we couldn’t stay in our original booked apartment so we were upgraded to a bigger apartment at the same spot which worked out better for us. It was great how quickly they dealt with the issue, I was told about it straight away and was also sent photos of the upgraded pad.

The only negative is that I really would have liked early check in or at least able to leave our bags as we were carrying our baggage and suitcases actually during the parade for pride which meant we had to miss it and find somewhere to stay put as well as having to take longer routes to the flat to avoid busy crowds with suitcases it just wasn’t going to work. I did enquire about a bag drop and early check in, they said prior to arriving if we couldn’t check in early we could at least drop our stuff so that we could go and enjoy the parade but once I had arrived at 10am they told me to wait until 1pm to go and drop bags which was a little disappointing and disruptive to the start of our weekend.

Damp, mould, broken boiler, no hot water or heating in a storm, host was awful at communicating, glass shower door fell on my friend, the boiler was leaking

The place was clean and very cozy. Excellent location with many different things to do: nightlife and markets during the day

Well located, most of central Brighton is within walking distance. Cooking facilites were good Nice shower The twin beds are very comfortable

Was given the incorrect keysafe code and had to contact them for the correct one which took nearly an hour. We had no towels throught the duration of our stay despite trying to contact the phone number. The whole flat got very warm and was difficult to cool. The wifi was very slow, we ended up using our data for the most part. The TV could only stream through said internet, lots of pausing and buffering. The sofa bed is very hard in places and wobbles if you lie in certain places. Only one of the two keys provided unlocked the door. Some loud sounds during the night, with the windows fully shut.

The location was very ideal and accommodation was welcoming, well furnished and exactly like on the pictures.

We were a group of 3 friends (clearly indicated in the booking) and it was only set up for 2. There were only 2 towels and no bedsheet for the sofa bed. When we texted the owner to inquire, they were convinced that we were meant to have everything but we didn’t. They said the best that could be done would be to be delivered the sheets and towel the following morning. Not ideal but no other solution. We waited all morning the following day and nothing arrived. We texted again and the only response was that the cleaning team would be passing by “positively” at some point. When they eventually came (around 1ish), everything was given to us in a bin bag. Such a shame as the place in itself was very good but we don’t keep an amazing memory because but this incident and how it was dealt with.

Location felt safe easy walk to beach and attractions lovely little bar across the street for a nightcap. Neat little modern 1bed apartment. Kitchen has oven microwave toaster and kettle. Dishwasher and washing machine provided but would need to bring own detergents. co-op a 2 min walk on the same street. Building was accessed by security code and appartment key in a key box again with code. one key provided but they could be stored in the ket box for multiple guests who may not wish to stick together all the time.

Arrived and struggled to find the entrance (it was late and dark) the block has a bakery one side a cafe the other and a artizan pizza shop in the middle n we walked past the door twice before we spotted it. Apartment up 2 flights of stairs though in a nice bright wide hall so manageable. Apartment didn't have tea spoons, no dishwasher tablets for dishwasher, no tea towel only provided with one bath towel and two hand towels for three guests!? One loo roll in bathroom. Message sent Friday evening and requested two more bath towels and a hand towel. The cleaner delivered the following afternoon a tea towel a hand towel and 2 bath mats. Luckily we are family so could share to a extent and we had taken two beach towels so could use one of these. Only basics in kitchen, if staying longer than 2 nights might have been a issue but enough for us to make toast and drinks. The single beds were very soft and the click clack sofa bed VERY firm tried to use the quilt as a matress topper but no additional blanket. Woke several times early sat morning to what I can only describe as construction or generator noise a loud buzzing hum which vibrated the lounge/kitchen floor started before 7am (I'm sure my phone had said 6) and was intermittent until 7.30am second night we swapped beds and I slept better only hearing the noise once at 7.30 ish (Sunday) Some maintenance issues in the apartment but nothing that spoilt our stay. A dead lock or security chain would have been nice internally as the door could be opend by key. Small windows no air con or fan so at times it got very warm.
