New, well appointed, great facilities (full kitchen utensils, oven, fridge freezer and a washing machine) and such a fantastic central location

With the location comes the main road traffic - but it’s the price you pay! And the glazing is great, so minimal disruption when you’re inside. Gorgeous tile flooring is a blessing and a curse - sound travels from the flats all-around, but can’t be helped…

The apartment's decor is tasteful, especially the bathroom and kitchen. The rooms are spacious, and the extra toilet is also appreciated. The two ACs make it easy to keep the apartment cool. The location is great: Mellieha Bay is a 5-to 10-minute walk away. There is a bus stop to Valletta just opposite the building. There are also restaurants and groceries nearby. We were satisfied with our choice.

There were some minor shortcomings. We couldn't find a hairdryer, the laundry stand was damaged, and we could have used an extra thin blanket for the bed (one blanket, no matter how big, might not always be comfortable for two people). We also encountered some bugs in the kitchen, not an invasion, but a bit disturbing. In addition, the soundproofing of the entire building is not great. Even though there was no partying, everybody was well behaved, you could still hear people going about their business late into the night, which made falling asleep difficult. The bed has a spring mattress. We didn't find it comfortable, but everybody has different preferences, so this is not objectively a shortcoming.

Un seul point négatif, l'appartement donne sur la rue devant un abribus, vis a vis qui peut déranger.

Gorgeous apartment in a fabulous location

Spotless, roomy apartment. Excellent location, near beach, bus stop and boat to blue lagoon etc. Will stay here again!

Huge. Great space, clean , light atmosphere. Really close to the beach. New. Quite.

One AC remote has not batteries. We require to change the apartment code due to last guest entry to take their bags while we were in the apartment but they didn’t change the code. There are not basic things in the kitchen like salt and so on. They ask to take the trash out every single day. The shower pressure is almost zero. A shower that could take 5 minutes takes like 15 due to no water come out from the shower
