Прекрасный 3 этажный дом с не колькими верандами с которых открывается отличный вид!Отличная чистота огромная кухня- гостиная,оснащённая всей посудой,техникой,с прекрасным диваном и телевизором!Все новенькое,кондиционер работает прекрасно.Отличная звукоизоляция,мы были как будто одни на весь дом!Хозяин Бакур встретил ночью в аэропорту ,возил меня с сыном на самые потрясающие экскурсии в нашей жизни угощал очень вкусным кофе!В следующий раз только к вам вы нам как родной!!!!

"The air condition was for additional payment and water wasn’t running one night."

The location was pretty good and also kitchen had lots of equipment.

The owner was very disrespectful. He came to our accommodation twice, knocked on the door and without waiting or asking opened the door. It was little disturbing. But when he came 2. Time he brother other guest to show him our room so he can rent it next day! That’s not normal.

I'm traveller from India travelled with family it was at the last minute we took the stay on the day of arrival. Owner was very kind and helpful throughout our stay. I would recommend personally this stay in Kutaisi this is the best.
