Alles was aanwezig en keurig schoon & onderhouden. Alleen was 1 handdoek per persoon voor 3 nachten wel een beetje weinig. Er is wel een wasmachine, maar een extra handdoek met het oog op het aanwezige zwembad zou wel prettig geweest zijn.

Las camas muy cómodas. La casa muy limpia. Tiene de todo. Zona muy tranquila. Tenían puesto el AA antes de nuestra llegada, un detallazo.

Por poner un pero, diría que no hay ninguna tienda en la urbanización. Para comprar pan o tomar un café has de coger el coche. Pero lo compramos camino a la playa. Por lo que no hay problema.

Te cobran 120 euros de limpieza extra, que se paga en efectivo a la hora de la entrega, está información solo aparece en información adicional en el anuncio. Creo que no es adicional, es importante, en mi caso mi estancia se encareció 40 euros la noche. DEBE DEJARSE CLARO. No entiendo por qué se paga en efectivo, en "Negro"

La tranquilidad, la piscina, la casa en general es enorme. Estuvimos muy cómodas y a gusto. La anfitriona fue muy simpática y nos recomendó varios sitios para visitar. De verdad, la casa de 10.

El aire acondicionado en una de las habitaciones no nos dejaba controlarlo y por las noche pasábamos un poco de calor. Los 120€ de limpieza deberían avisarlo antes de comprarlo, deberían aparecer en el total.

VILLA Beautiful and modern, very new. Good location & has a nice wow factor to it. Lots of space & would be great for a family Everything is very new throughout and great quality finishes. Comes fully loaded with everything you need for a very comfortable stay from cups plates pots pans iron hair dryer and all the usual home comforts. Easy check in as we was greeted on arrival by the management company who walked us around the villa with a little home demo. She was very nice. Great bedroom and ensuite on the ground floor with dressing area, disability friendly. The pool and outside space is great on the whole, but *see dislikes section about the pool* Free parking right outside the villa. Some amenities close by and only a short drive to lots of other areas, beaches, restaurants and bars

POOL When we arrived we were advised that cleaning solution had just been applied to the pool so if we were to go in, then to not let it get in the eyes but ideally to wait several hours before going in the pool or tomorrow. On a hot day the first thing you want to do at 4pm arrival time is jump in the pool, so it would have been better for the solution to be applied earlier so the pool is ready properly for guests on arrival. The water however, looked quite merky, with lots of tiny bits in it which we noticed when we got in, not sure if the pumps had gone off or not working right? and there was chlorine white marks left on the sides, on the beach ball and on our clothes which seemed like there was too much applied maybe. It was a real shame as we rented this villa mainly for the pool as part of the whole relaxing package so we weren’t able to get the most out of the pool during our stay. Without these things, the pool would be lovely, has a nice tiled floor all around it with great sun loungers and table and chairs. FRIDGE The fridge is very loud and especially noticeable at night time when the house is quiet. Louder than just your average fridge noise else I wouldn’t even mention it. The fridge also smelt of fish. We contacted the management to let them know, as it sounds and smells like it’s on its way out. BEDS There were only 2 of us staying in this villa so only the one bed was made up out of the 3 on arrival which wasn’t great as the husband snores so sometimes needs to go to another bedroom. We requested extra sheets which did arrive the next day and was left outside on loungers for us. CONSTRUCTION WORK This is a new build villa so to bear in mind. There is construction work still being completed very close to the villa, ie , right behind it, with cranes and workers etc. Although this did not bother us as such, it’s worth mentioning because of course you can hear it all whilst laying next to the pool in the day times.
