Fenster undicht, dadurch sehr laut. Jede Nacht laute Musik im Haus. Wohnung alt und abgenutzt, z.B. klebrige Griffe an Küchenschränken, blinde Fensterscheiben. Der Balkon konnte aufgrund der lauten Strasse nicht genutzt werden. Pool im 1. Stock dicht an der Strasse. Keine Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad.
