Stylish 3 bed, minutes to NYC!

There was enough space, and the upstairs felt cozy

Some mold in the washing machine, could have been a bit cleaner, was still good all in all

AC worked well. Much more room than a hotel room. Good Security. Cold water and ice in the fridge came in very handy in the heat. Washer/dryer was a bonus, I traveled lighter.

No box springs on the beds. Not even a salt and pepper shaker in the cupboard?

Everything was nice, the property was wonderful, spacious, neat, quite, fully equipped, and clean. It was a nice experience

The spiral staircase to reach the first floor (basement) is too narrow. Otherwise everything else was fantastic

We stayed here for a week with 4 photographers as a base for Manhattan. Everything we needed was there. The house was clean and the service was very good. We had some problems with the code to get in but soon after we contacted them everything was fine. Also every time we had a question it was answered very quickly. For guests who also want to cook and prepare their own food here the equipment is a bit poor. There is a minimum of kitchen utensils. We always ate outside and were not bothered by this. A downside is that the Path train rushes right past the house and that takes some getting used to at night. That really makes a lot of noise, all night long. This was not mentioned on the site at Booking.com. The price was very reasonable compared to the prices in Manhattan.
