Lovely 6 Berth Caravan At Sand Le Mere, Yorkshire Ref 71011C

No central heating no sheets for bed no pillowcases or duvet covers nothing to clean up with no brush for pan

The site and location of the caravan is lovely. Although we didn’t use the site facilities, we were only a 2 min walk away from the main area and the beach was only 2 mins the other way.

The cleanliness of the property was questionable. Lots of cobwebs (in easy to reach areas) and dust on surfaces. Although the caravan looked clean, it didn’t have a clean feel about it, especially the bathroom. Appreciate the caravan is probably old & tired but the bathroom was exceptionally mouldy, the carpets were dirty (take slippers) and the sofa was stained. The duvets and pillows were dirty, glad we took our own. Suspicious stains on the headboards. Stained sofa. The extortionate cost per dog. At £30 per dog, this feels very excessive and the money made from this doesn’t seem to go towards a deep clean.

Caravan was comfortable. A little cold on an evening. Furnishings a little tired and threadbare.

WiFi router didn't work. Couldn't connect to internet in caravan. Had to pay £10 for 2 days of very flaky, weak and intermittent internet on the park guest WiFi. Router needs a hard reset or replacing.

Sand le mere we love .The caravans location was ok its 2 toilets is great.Our dog loved nosing out of the front window.

Caravan needs a deep clean .Could do with some more baking tins.Some cleaning products or hoover would be nice to tidy up after our stay.The WiFi was not working at all while we were there.Dog charge is excessive for 2 nights.

Could of with more options for utilities ,pans and cleaning things

Paid for the beds to be made up on arrival. This wasn’t done and no out of hours phone number. had to sleep on the mattresses. Issue put right the following day and money reimbursed
